How can you tell, have you got x-ray vision?
In-game so does the clothes at her torso sit kind of tight that is true, but it looks like it's the kind of clothes that are thick and has 2 layers to keep warmth efficiently, and by that note, it's clothes that hide the real outline of the body. The fact that she's wearing armor doesn't make it easier.
So there is a high probability that she looks like this in-game if she'd strip down.
Ps. she's leaning forward while sitting down, and that does "bend" her porportions a bit, if her tummy didn't look that chunky (sexy) in that pose and still be flat, she'd be a size-zero, not very knight-esque to be thin as a twig no?
