Estelle's the single one. Luke/Tear is supposed to be canon, but Vesperia doesn't actually have a canon couple.
I haven't played ALL of the Tales games, but I think it's more likely that it's "main heroines" as opposed to "girls with boyfriends", as Colette, Tear, and Estelle, at least, are all main female characters from their respective games.
