Okay, I'm stumped.
The blonde girl looks like Sumire to me, but the black-haired girl in the corner has Mugi's eyebrows.
My only guess is that Mugi and Mio traded haircolors.

They've clearly been body swapped. And it looks like either hairstyle or hair color are transferred as well. The two people in front are Mio and either Ritsu or Asuza, I can't tell, and as you pointed out, Mugi's in the corner
