The 2boys tag is to be used on every image where there are two males in the picture.

In fact, all tags are to be used on all images that they accurately describe. What this means is that almost all images need to have 10+ tags. Some of them need several dozen.

Tags aren't only supposed to be used if what they are describing is an important part of the picture. If it's there, it needs to be tagged. No exceptions.
