I have never seen that Double Zeta variant before in my life. It's got Quin Mantha legs and Ex-S knee-mounted Incoms, it looks like. This some sort of ZZ Kai or Neo-Zeon ZZ?

Maybe the AUEG upgraded it with Neo Zeon tech or in a alternate timeline Neo Zeon acquired the ZZ and upgraded it.
What is boggling me mostly is the The O its fighting.
It looks like it is much bigger and has multiple legs for its base.
Reminds me more of a mobile armor than anything else.
