I think this might be the first artwork of Justin Bailey Samus I've ever seen. Though, somehow I'd expect her hair to be green.

Am I the only one who saw the better ending than this in the original Metroid? Samus was down to a string bikini. Although hard to make out, you could see where the covering stopped on her breasts and just make out the outline of the bikini strings.
