Here we have
THE BRUTE:
The big powerhouse of the team, his starting equipment would be the brute shot and gravity hammer
He has high health and deals the most damage, but is slow and much easier to hit, his armour has been stripped of it's shields to compensate for his health and power.
The brute's ability lets it briefly go berserk, increasing his damage output and allows him to jump higher than the other survivors but during this state he cannot use equipment, relying on mauling his foes, it lasts for five seconds, needing nine seconds to recharge.
THE HUMAN:
A UNSC soldier who has undergone ODST training, his starting equipment would be an assault rifle and a magnum (the latter of which will use the mechanics from Combat Evolved)
He has medium health, acting as the well rounded guy good for beginners, and is the only member without a radar, he is also the only one who can use both human and covenant weaponry
His ability is similar to the HUD in Halo 3: ODST, lighting up the outlines of allies and enemies, giving him the farthest range amongst the survivors, this ability does not need to recharge.
THE ELITE:
The member who acts more closer to the original Halo gameplay than the others, his starting equipment would be dual plasma rifles and a covenant carbine
As stated earlier, he will act similar to the gameplay from Halo, having energy shields that will regenerate after a while without conflict, to make up for this he will have the second least amount of health, above only the grunt, his slender body and training as a sangheili warrior give him the fastest movement.
His ability is the energy sword, similar to how it played in a SPV CE mod, running on a battery that drains over time, it does the second highest melee damage but cannot lunge, it will charge when not in use and can be cancelled early by switching weapons.
THE GRUNT:
And finally we have the little guy, his starting equipment would be a plasma pistol and a needler
He has the lowest health of the group and will most likely be targeted first by the Flood, his shots won't do much against pure forms but a well placed shot (from any survivor really) can instantly disable a combat form, upon death his methane tank will explode after one second, damaging both the flood and other survivors
His ability is simple, to compensate for his stats, the grunt's plasma pistol has unlimited charge but will still need to cool down, he also generates one plasma grenade every three seconds, he holds a maximum of two and can either keep them for himself or share them with the other survivors
