I like this one.
For those who don't get the joke, Nobue was originally 16 years old in the Ichigo Mashimaro manga, but her age was altered so that she was 20 years old in the anime because of Japanese censorship of underage smoking and drinking.
This essentially shows what the other characters would look like if they were aged with her for the anime (they weren't).
On an unrelated note, Miu looks as cute as ever in this even though she's 16. I bet she's every bit as mischievous as she normally is as well.
