I guess since kokiri reproduce asexually and have the minds and bodies of children that would probably put Saria out of the question. However, it's not as if there is any reason for her to not be interested.

Ruto might not be a good choice since she is the wrong species, and being the heir it is important for her to marry a zora that will be able to impregnate her.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with Nabooru as a wife. Well except maybe that as a gerudo she is morally dubious which may conflict with Link but it's not as though Link is a lawful good.

Zelda also seems fine. Nobody is going to say Link is too "lowborn" for Zelda since he is a demigod. Plus, the king died and the entire power structure needed to be rebuilt after Gannondorf's overthrowal so Zelda should be able to pull the right strings.

There is the sage business of course. But are they eternally trapped like that? Or is it just a full-time job now?
