I have to agree Anonymous 937701.
Malon is only the logical choice because she's more meant for him than Zelda or Saria. Ruto is a different story because she may be a Zora, but she's got the figure as any woman have. Nabooru, I'd leave her be because she might steal something other than your love.

Link, why are you not interested in Malon? I mean, look at her?
I would've run away at Ruto, though

Good inclusion of Lord Jabu-Jabu, kinda wish you could have included Cojiro.

Issue an ultimatum to the girls.
Link should have them all or none of them (or threaten to have only a certain girl just to blackmail another into allowing him to also have [insert name here])
Something fun like that...

Why is Malon "the only logical choice"?
I guess since kokiri reproduce asexually and have the minds and bodies of children that would probably put Saria out of the question. However, it's not as if there is any reason for her to not be interested.
Ruto might not be a good choice since she is the wrong species, and being the heir it is important for her to marry a zora that will be able to impregnate her.
I see absolutely nothing wrong with Nabooru as a wife. Well except maybe that as a gerudo she is morally dubious which may conflict with Link but it's not as though Link is a lawful good.
Zelda also seems fine. Nobody is going to say Link is too "lowborn" for Zelda since he is a demigod. Plus, the king died and the entire power structure needed to be rebuilt after Gannondorf's overthrowal so Zelda should be able to pull the right strings.
There is the sage business of course. But are they eternally trapped like that? Or is it just a full-time job now?
