@-PsychoJosh It's the reference to the SFII V anime TV series where Vega/Balrog stolen a kiss from Chunli when she was sleeping and was drugged by her to make her fall in love with him. Thanks to Ken and Vega/Balrog fighting Chunli was back to her senses.
