It's already been stated that in America there has to be, quote, "Irrefutable evidence" that X person(s) are terrorists. Killing them without evidence is seen as murder/multi-homicide. It says so in the every document everyone is freaking out about. People have been so paranoid that EITHER side hadn't read it in it's entirety.

Seriously, I've never heard of a US national being arrested for terrorism. There isn't even enough infrastructure to pull up a cover-up for shit like that. Maybe the government could ghost away a dozen or two people, not any large groups.

Actually, there have been quite a few cases of American citizens being arrested for terrorism. Not just suspected either... they ARE terrorists.

American Religious radicals and anarchist radicals exist. As they do in any other country. Also, American Muslims by birth and by conversion have been spotted shooting at American troops in the Middle East occasionally.
