why does it have to necessarily have to be obito?

how would he have obtained the first hokage's DNA?
How could he have gone toe to toe against the fourth hokage? and not that long after obito's disappearance no less.
how would he have the knowledge to summon the nine tail fox?
how would he have the means to control yagura the fourth mizukage
how would he have helped itachi massacre the entire uchiha clan?
