Wow love this picture it shows both they past and futute you can even see Aizen's transformed Hollow form with the wings in the middle.

As for the Vizards in the manga it was stated that Ichigo felt Shinji's reiatsu also in the sword Rukia pierced through him to rewake his Shinigami powers so they are still around we only need to be patient.
