You play start as a rancher in Twilight Princess. After his adventure in Termina in Majoras Mask, Link returns to Hyrule and starts his bloodline that follows to TP. Who is the only female that didn't turn into a sage (Link and Zelda are just friends officially)? Malon, of course.

That other Link probably continued to look for Navi in the Lost Woods, because he turned into a Stalfos and was there to teach you new sword moves in TP.
