I've wondered that myself... on the other hand, Anco specializes in netorare situations and he's been portraying Haruna as a compensated-dating prostitute for some time now (and he's also done art of Lala and Yui fucking guys who are definitely not Rito). He likes to take "good girls" and turn them into whores and Haruna's the "good girl" of the show. That makes me think it was a coincidence in the beginning but he took it and ran with it after the whole mess came out.

What surprises me is that he's really the only artist who seems to be doing anything that resembles making references to it. I kind of expected a flood of spiteful art making Haruna look like a total slut. Maybe they're afraid to broach the topic for fear they might offend Yabuki, I know he was heartbroken about the whole affair and was having health problems for a while.
