Its not "a game" per say. You can see how the wooden horse is slanted somewhat. This means they would be sliding backwards, eventually off. However, they're being supported with the rope tied to their penis, offering a gentle (or harsh xP) tug and leaving them trapped on the device.

Really ... judging by the expression on their faces, they've both already reached the point of time when the rope is pulling their penises in a harsh way. If their punishment was thoroughly prepared and neither glans will slip out of the loop, then both of them will face real hell on earth. The mere gravity acting on their bodies (by the way, their muscles are now a burden to them because they increase their weight, LOL) will ensure that the loops will tighten more tightly and the thin rope will cut deeper and more painfully into the grooves below their foreskins.

So I wouldn't be surprised if, in the foreseeable future, the two little heroes would start whining, then moaning, and finally screaming in pain. But if there are two solid gags nearby and also someone who is able to tighten the straps behind the heads of both young delinquents really tightly, then the problem is over. They will no longer distract each other with their screams, and each of them will be able to intensely perceive their own pain in silence.

I just hope they really deserve their punishment ... but after all, it doesn't really matter. In addition, if it is an unjustified bullying or some mistake, the whole situation is probably even hotter... :)
