@901960: The name are not something translators pull out of somewhere, they look for names that are equivalent.

"Hilda" and "Hilbert" pretty much means the same or something very close to "Touko" and "Touya" (fighter), same as "Dawn" and "Lucas" for "Hikari" and "Kouki" (light).
