Just a sidenote, if you look at Petarou's other works with human futanari, you'll see the penis doesn't blend naturally into the rest of the flesh tone. The backwards cock is probably attached to her, even though it's hard to tell whether or not he did it on purpose. Knowing him, it could go either way.
