At first look, you would not notice that they way she is being held is a bit akward. If i'm not wrong she is either wrestling a guy and of course the guy is just bending her easily pushing her towards his crotch, then as she doesn't seems to be strong enough to get out of fight back he has complete control of her. I think this is what's going on in this picture.

If you look at the hands, you must realize that it can't be ass to ass, if the guy was holding his hands backwards, his thumbs would be under, not on top of the girls wrists.
