It COULD have been covered then, but I remember Raditz having stayed at Lady Snake's place like Goku did.
But Raditz WAS still stronger before Goku made it to King Kai, and Goku never visited Lady Snake's house again. Raditz could be staying there and living happily.
At least that's what I like to think.
