Wow how did 2 (technically 3 but only 2 listed names) people miss the obvious artist signature in lower right corner of the image?
Also thats Rick Mays work not Ryan Kannards/RyanKinnaird, thankfully who ever handled tags wasn't an idiot like 3 of the commenters before me.

To be fair Adam Warren, Ryan Kannard/RyanKinnaird and Rick Mays all did some work for PSM back in the day. None the less that is Rick's signature so 2 out of 4 comments officially fail at basic observation skills.
