@Anon4 The plant girl is Alexia from Resident Evil Code Veronica X.
Also Poison's gender is now ambiguous which Capcom stated when they introduced Poison in SFxT.

I think people are giving the Capcom statement too much weight. The only reason they would say something like that is to remain neutral so there is not a PR mess on either side. From what I've seen Poison is still a trans gender character.

I think that is suppose to be a joke since that "armor" (from what I understand it's one of the most powerful, but I have yet to play the game) is little more than a swimsuit with a head ornament. You know, the typical female armor in most games. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
