this is the proper way to train as a white mage, it's difficult to find people with different types of wounds that need healing, you have to be assertive and make them yourself and treat them.

1. make wound on person
2. treat wound on person
3a. repeat ad infinitum
3b. accidentaly kill person, wait for soul crystal, collect soul crystal
4. profit !
