I sincerely doubt that Morrigan is stronger than Dante taking into account the opposition he has dealt with in the past. She is sexy as hell don't get me wrong but Dante has been improving and getting more and more badass while Morrigan is the same succubus with the same lame as moves. Hell it wasn't until (Ultimate) Marvel vs Capcom before she finally got new sprites.

The Succubi from Darkstalkers are different from normal Succubi. They live off of 'adrenaline' rather then Souls/Life Force.

Morrigan is extremely strong, she is an S Class Succubus, probably making her stronger then Mundus and at least equal in power then Dante. She's also the Queen of the Makai.

Precisely. Morrigan is a pure demon too and is likely to be even more powerful in her own realm as opposed to either of the brothers who would be consistent.
