Difficult to see why with Kuno of all people. The first thing he would do the day after would be to pay for posters being hung everywhere in Japan boasting the happening.

No, she regrets it because he was that damn good. She can't go back to thinking of herself as a boy. One time with Kunou and she'd come begging for more. If Kunou could just fuck her one time in the manga or anime, she would have been his.
