No no, The hair is from GGO, the rests from ALO. The illustrator either made a mistake or just did it as a fan art preferring the GGO hair style

It's because GGO Kirito is the prettiest. The sword isn't one of any swords Kirito's used before except maybe the Alicization sword. The jacket is an original equipment not from any of the storylines. Judging by the style of clothing and curvature the GGO Kirito may actually genderbent.

If you look closely you'll see that Sinon has a bow and Eugene and Lyfa are not winged, you can conclude this is a SAO version of each characters.
