The blonde is messed up. If that hump is her elbow, then she has a really long right arm, since you can clearly see where her right shoulder is.
If it's the brunette's knee, then you're assuming the visible "third leg" belongs to the blonde, because there is no leg leading up to said "knee." If there were, the white triangle would be filled in.
But ignoring the hump, the biggest issue is the blonde's torso. The top of her right breast is quite far from the bottom of her left breast. The crease where her abdomen bends at her ribcage also suggests that her upper body is longer than it should be.
