Watermark + Non-japanese = FAIL.

The Terms of Service aren't that hard to find people. Go to DeviantArt if you want to see pretty much AU Western stuff.

Protip: watermarks are only against the rule if someone other than the original artist put them there. Artist-placed watermarks are completely fine.

Also, us moderators can give exception to artwork by non-Japanese artists if they are of high enough quality and we feel that they deserve to stay. If this image weren't so blurry, I wouldn't have deleted it.
