actually, you maybe pleased to know that in japan, one of there best selling games on the nintendo DS involves exactly this sort of thing! :O it IS a game!!!

It's called "Doki Doki Majo Shinpan!" ("Heart-Pounding Magical Investigation"). There's a tag for it here on Gelbooru with about 30 images. To preempt the next question, no, Hell will freeze over before it gets a localization. From the Wikipedia entry, it sounds basically like a paedophile training simulator. Yahtzee mentioned it in one of the Zero Punctuation videos ("Uncharted: Drake's Fortune"?) as appealing to people who feel up little girls on the subway.
