Oversized rifle. One thing the Japanese never seem good at is firearm proportions. That looks like it's supposed to be a .223 Remington, but the proportions are completely wrong. The barrel is the same size as what I assume to be the 40mm launcher beneath it.

For your information Anon1, that's an F2000 with it's standard modular grenade-launcher and red-dot scope attacked. The weapon is rather big and bulky-looking for your average adult, the girl here is a 14-16 year old and not quite that big either, so the rifle's proportions work just fine.

anon 3 dont say shit when you have no idea what your talking aboot because anon one is mainly talking aboot the fact the barrel for the gun itself looks like its a fuckin rocket launcher that isnt at all what the actual gun looks like and the gun is big for adults because of the body namely the butt stock area heres a link to a pic of one

As it is anime, it indeed does not matter that much how accurate it is. But on the other hand, if it pleases us to try and take it seriously and accurate, why not ?
I like seeing expert talk about how realistic something is or should be, even more so when it's not something i'm good at, like weapon technical specs here. :)
