It's the girl the german man 'fed' to Kohoki at the beginning of the movie. He could only be seen as a reflection back then. Personally i'm hoping the artist does one of that teacher the villian 'literally' fed to kohoki while he was still a kid. That scene was only in the vhs version though I believe. That time, Kohoki fucked her as a shadow...and through the use of what I can only describe as multi tentacle tongued snakes.
