Talking to eachother as his ear is cleaned, he suddenly notices how close his face is to her crotch (even though she's suitably clothed) he gets nervous/excited/aroused, suddenly tries to pull away before the closeness gets to him, gets the japanese-style Q-tip jammed into his ear.
