I definitely see a tentacle matching the coloration, shape, size, and gradation of the one in her mouth here aiming toward her mouth in that previous pic. And I don't see anything going into or out of her ass, either. Honestly, I can't see any aspect of "all the way through" in this image. Heck, the tag isn't even present on the source image on Pixiv either, so we can't be assuming it based on that. Are we assuming all tentacle oral is "all the way through" now, or what?
