Even though you can see her breast here, it's clear that she's cross dressing. She's wearing a MALE school uniform; just because she's been caught in a compromising situation doesn't change the fact that she's still a reverse trap.
After all, traps are still marked as traps when you can clearly see their penis, if they're in a dress and look like a girl otherwise. So yes, she IS a reverse trap.
