Because Bison here it's young and Cammy is still a child - Cammy is 16een in SF serie the first time she appears and bison is in his late 30s or early 40s... so... here Bison is young... something like 20-25.

stunning work! The light work gives this scene such an ethereal and haunting presence! There was never a time like this. Cammy was supposed to be his clone, but I love the precious moment that's been captured anyways! Stunning!

The reason why such an art like this exists is basically a beauty at the beast concept. Cammy is the beauty and she managed to settle the beast that is Bison. I like it really.
