Actually this would be taking place at the very beginning of the first episode, in the first world, where Yuno didn't kill herself with Yukki and found out she couldn't bring him back, she fucked his corpse then went 'back in time' to the second world which then proceeds to the beginning of the series.

Rigor mortis is muscles tensing up, boners are from blood pressure. Theoretically you could pump a dead body full of pretty much any liquid through iv injections and that would give him a boner.
