Well, I'm not sure about the guy on the right, but as for Ranma being dressed that way, it is from some chapters in the manga where he and some other characters had dressed up as girls to try and trick the 8 headed orochi.

The one in the school girl uniform is Kagome from Rumiko's Inuyasha series. . . it's. . . quite apparent??

The one on the top left is defiantly Ranma Saotome male version, the one next to him in the maids outfit is Rinne Rokudou from Kyoukai no Rinne, another one of Takahashi's series. Rinne had to crossdress to be able to save girls from a Dashinigami.

One on the bottom is quite obvious as Inuyasha...

I am not sure who is on the bottom left though...
