I think the games not that popular so they came up with ideas to improve it and settled on Naruto since its so famous.

Blue male ninja, Green female ninja, and Purple rat ninja are co-workers.
Blue can 'taunt' people, forcing them to attack him and ignore everyone else. He uses it to save the green haired chick.
Purple can shoot electricity. Hence the pikachu joke.
Green is best at picking off weak foes like mages or glass cannons, but she didn't get to do anything because Blue and Purple did everything.

I don't really get the second one but I would guess it was as anon4 said with "We need to be more popular" "Naruto!"

The game is actually very popular. But it never hurts to try to grab more popularity. And several of the skins (costumes) of the characters are rip offs of other characters from other games/tv shows/movies/etc.

it basically means that summoners r saying that is akali more ninja like than the others, she gets embarrassed by them 2 and thats y they dressed up as naruto,kakashi,and hinata so they could look more "ninja like"

This is from the League of Legends game, this is the Ninja Triumvirate from Ionia. The blue one is Shen the tank with a taunt.... the violet is Kennen he can shoot electricity, the Green girl is an Assassin that targets the weak and finishes off enemies, a burst damager.
