At anon1: That might be his twin sister. According to some manual he has one that never appears (of course it's best to track it down).

Well his twin 'Miyako' has appeared in Record Breaker by now, but I doubt this is supposed to be her. Missing the big boobs and hairtie. More Dual Persona.

This is based on her early concept design that was in the artbook. Miyako originally looked more like him and had smaller breasts.
