A healthy person's urine is sterile. I certainly wouldn't drink it (might cause gastric and other imbalances), but coming into contact with it shouldn't be a problem. (Btw, it's only sterile for a short time after it's released, as it has organic compounds that tend to decompose quickly when they come in contact with air).
