Why does it seem that Fu, Yugito, and Naruto would get along rather well seeing as all of them seem kinda of hyper-happy.

Well, the thing is actually that Fuu has a beat-up and happy-go-lucky attitude like Naruto(though at a lesser degree than him), but acts cold towards non-Jinchuriki due to being treated like Naruto in her own village and not being able to stomach it. Yuugito, well I can't really answer that one, but you shouldn't forget about Bee, oweeee! I mean, he's just as much as a goofball as Naruto.

They'd all be great friends because of the Jinjuriki thing. Just look at Gaara + Killer Bee and Naruto. They get along great.
