He looks like a demon, but he isn't. He's a colony of microscopic critters forming a giant monster. So demon tag removed, Super-X3, Destroyah and Burning Godzilla tagged added since Godzilla is in his Burning form at the time.

i cried twice during this movie...

the first time when his son... and the second when he himself...

and damn... that Destroyah... this monster had to be the strongest one of all... i mean, being a living Oxygen Destroyer would have been enough, but this guy also had a laser horn, flight, MANY transformations, able to split/assemble itself between a single creature and a whole HORDE of creatures, regeneration, and others. Yeah, there are other impressive monsters like Biollante and Orga, but seriously... Destroyah was an official monstrosity.
