meh, usually sticking a vibrator on the top of the head, right near the back of the rim where the nerve ends, that's the male g-spot. Not that I've ... cough, done that before.

The prostate g-spot is hit or miss. It works on some guys, but not on others. But all guys have a sensitive penis head. Some like sensation on top of it, others under it, etc. Just having something vibrating the tip can end up vibrating it all over and working that lateral nerve over.
