This is years late and you probably already found out the reason, but Farore sadly never got her game. Nintendo was already having problems with the linked gameplay of Ages and Seasons, and Farore's game, Mystical Seed of Courage, was cut completely because of the troubles and problems they were already having. But you bet your ass that if they had followed through and completed the triad, then we'd have had a cute Farore in here as well.
