The only real mistake in this picture is that the womb area goes into the rectum, where as in real life they are totally separate. Also the rectum will curve off sideways into the colon pretty much before the womb.
Other than that, it's basically correct.

I have never seen a hentai actually include inside without any womb at all like the other anon is claiming.
