@Anon 2, no, this site allows non-japanese comics for some reason. At least for Pokemon. I never see them get removed, but all other non-japanese fanart does.

Let me clear things up to you people so you can stop being confused.

We now allow western art on here as long as it's related to japan and is good enough quality to stay. this guy's work is related enough and high enough quality that warranted his stuff being undeleted.

It doesn't mean you can start uploading just anything though.
