Their is a fan theory that this is a neutral ending where Hisao is called out pin his white knight mentality and even though the two of them left on bad terms they can begin their relationship again as equals. Which avoids the ugly business off the true ending where she thinks she needs too give herself to Hisao ship here won't tire of her.
But since the game ends there it's all speculation what happens after the curtains fall
