I can translate 2/3 of it, however I'm having trouble with the middle kanji. The beginning is definitely "This stink," and the ending is a marker that translates to "because of".
So realistically the whole thing would be "This stink, it's because (kanji)." Anyone have any ideas?

Also, more importantly, fucking hot.
