Who says he wouldn't have changed his mind after the credits when he's not paid enough by her father? Probably stiffed and decided to enjoy Ashley after. Also, Capcom can only make nice bodies but can't animate actual breast motion to save their lives.

The Japanese version did have a breast moving animation... It was censored in the US... but I think the HD version brought them back.
