She maybe an angel, but she's evil. Kind of ironic that the devils have better morals than the fallen angels do in this series. Well the ones we've seen so far.

no, it's just a little different from the kind of dichotomy westerners are used to. The anime don't actually imagine God/angels as 'evil'.
